Councilman questions town attorney appointment
The Johnsburg Town Board made quick work of its 2013 organizational meeting on Thursday, Jan. 3 at the Wevertown Community Center, spending just 27 minutes gavel-to-gavel to approve a host of resolutions designed to give the board form and structure for the coming year.
The Johnsburg Planning Board unanimously approved plans for an addition to the Riverside Volunteer Fire Department building on Riverside Station Road on Monday, Oct. 22.
After 90 minutes of public comment by impassioned partisans on each side of the ATV issue, the Johnsburg Town Board voted 4-1 Tuesday against a proposed law that would have been a preliminary step to allowing all-terrain vehicles on certain town roads.
